We are also pet-friendly and allow one dog per stay with agreement to our pet rules. The Casita shares a wall with a private shop/home office; however, the owners are very respectful of guest privacy. You will have your own private entrance and parking area, though you may occasionally see the owners around the property. 🔑 Important Guest Information Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation Security Deposit: $100 refundable security deposit per stay for incidentals Pets: You must agree to our pet policy and pay the $100 pet fee per dog. No cats. Quiet Hours: Begin at 10:00 PM — please respect noise levels for all guests and neighbors Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee.
